President Trump was the victim of another assassination attempt. This time, the gunman did not have a chance to fire before Secret Service personnel suppressed him. He escaped with his life before being apprehended on the road.
President Trump is not holding back, blaming Harris and the media for their hateful rhetoric. Fox News says:
Former President Trump said President Biden and Vice President Harris’ “rhetoric” is what is causing him to be “shot at,” following the second assassination attempt against him since July, while telling Fox News Digital that the suspected gunman “acted” on “highly inflammatory language” of Democrats.
Trump spoke exclusively with Fox News Digital Monday morning, just a day after he was rushed off of the golf course at Trump International in West Palm Beach, Fla., after the Secret Service discovered a gunman in the bushes.
Republicans are fully backing President Trump, including on media appearance of hostile networks. With this being the second attempt in three months, Republicans are sounding the alarms at what could be a full blown insurrection. The Daily Wire continues:
CNN Republican commentator Scott Jennings made it clear on Monday that — after a second assassination attempt targeting former President Donald Trump — he was giving absolutely no quarter to those blaming Republicans for ratcheting up the temperature with regard to rhetoric.
Pointing out the fact that media and Democrats had spent the majority of the last decade telling the American people that Trump was a threat, not just to their political preferences but to democracy and even human rights, Jennings said that he worried that was a bell not so easily unrung.
Things will only get worse in America until the election. While the end result is unsure, many radical leftists are worried enough to attempt a violent coup to make sure Kamala Harris stays on the ballot.
