Republican Speaks Out on Biden Amnesty

Lindsey Graham did not mince words regarding Biden’s amnesty plan. Close to half a million illegals would be granted citizenship, at a time when the Border has been rendered defenseless by Biden.

Graham spoke out on Biden’s carelessness regarding enforcing laws, especially giving out paroles to illegals. Several murderers were granted parole prior to their crimes, due to a lack of capacity to process. The Washington Times reports:

In an interview on Fox News Channel’s Fox News Sunday, Graham was asked about Democrats’s attacks on the Supreme Court, and the possibility of the Senate stepping in to enforce an ethics code on the high court. The South Carolina Republican said that Democrats are only attacking the Supreme Court to cover for Biden’s record and suggested that he could be prosecuted over his handling of the border.

“When it comes to enforcing the law, Joe Biden has been beyond reckless,” he said. “He’s taking a parole statute that’s limited in nature and has given a million people parole when, on average, Trump[‘s] … administration gave 5,600 people parole. Laken Riley’s murderer was paroled because they had lack of capacity in El Paso. They let him out under the parole statute because they were full. There’s nothing in the statute that says you can go because you’re full, and he killed this lady.”

More than the illegals potentially receiving citizenship is the message that the move sends to the world. It is seen as a sign of weakness and gives motivation to even more individuals to try their luck at the Southern border. The Hill says:

“So, the idea is spreading around the world, Biden just gave amnesty legally to half a million people. ‘Maybe I should keep coming.’ The reason the border is broken is Biden chose to overturn every policy [former President] Trump had,” Graham said. 

“[The U.S. has] the most lawless border now because of policy changes by Biden, and it’s not a small deal, it’s a big deal,” he said, adding later, “I’ve never been more worried about a 9/11 more than I am now.”

The makeup of the illegals monitored at the border is alarming. The number of single military aged males from all over the world entering without families is growing. Whether they will be committing crimes, engaging in espionage activities, or simply become a drain on society is simply shocking.
